These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and design services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. This site is operated by OMERANO LLC ("we", "us", "our") for omeranostudio.com.
1. Services
We provide design services as listed on the Categoriespage. Service descriptions, deliverables, and pricing are provided per category.
2. Orders and briefs
You are responsible for providing accurate project information and materials (e.g., copy, logos, examples). We may contact you for clarifications. Delays in receiving information may extend timelines.
3. Delivery timelines
Initial concepts are typically delivered within 48–72 hours after order confirmation and receipt of a complete brief. Complex projects may require additional time. We will notify you if timelines change.
4. Revisions
Each category includes a set number of revision rounds as stated on the service page. Additional revisions may be purchased if needed.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown on the site and may change at any time. Orders are charged at the price in effect when you submit your order.
6. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with initial concepts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve issues. Refunds are assessed case‑by‑case and may be provided where work has not been finalized or delivered, less any non‑recoverable processing fees.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final approved design files for your internal and commercial use, excluding any third‑party materials (e.g., stock assets, fonts) which remain subject to their own licenses. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Client materials
You warrant that any materials you provide (images, fonts, copy) are yours to use and do not infringe third‑party rights. You grant us a limited license to use such materials to complete the project.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services for unlawful content, hate speech, or material that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales or rankings.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
